Strange rules on International shipping. I agree for item to be delivered to a locally, to a friend of mine. Got charged for international shipping anyway. when action house don't ship international. However got charge for international shipping thought the item was delivery locally in side USA. Still waiting for my refund

I love the rock and roll memorabilia and posters I have won in Pashco ahctions.

Overall, the posters are as expected. Two had two unexpected center folds. The problem lies in the shipping. Initially I was told shipping would be $150. for 15 posters. Upon my questioning, it dropped to $75. The posters arrived in one tube. Two of the posters have damaged edges because, it appears that they were forced into the tube. Pashco response was a refund for the two posters. He admits that there has been an ungoing problem with the shipper. $75 and damaged posters will not bring me back. In his defense, he is offering a refund of $35 and free shipping. I just expected reasonable and competent shipping and undamaged posters. I didn't think that it was too much to expect.
