I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HESITANT CONCERNING OUT OF STATE SHIPPING. THE COMPANY THAT WAS USED TO SHIP MY SCALE WAS THE VERY BEST YOU COULD ASK FOR. IT APPEARS THAT THE SCALE MAY HAVE BEEN AIRFREIGHTED. IT WAS PROPERLY BOXED AND PADDED AND STRAPPED TO A PALLET... DELIVERED TO OUR HOME.... YOU CAN NOT GET ANY BETTER SERVICE THAN THAT... STEVE OHIO

I won two pieces of art, that I love. I’ve won lots of items from Bright Star and I’ve never had a bad experience and the items I won are always great quality! My only complaint is I wish they did more auctions, love doing business with this company

Due to an accident, I had to change my delivery address. Bright Star made the issue, which could have been difficult and stressful, easy and successful because of their excellent customer support service. I haven’t been physically able to unpack my large antique cupboard for inspection. However, based on the “look” of the packaging … I think it was shipped with the best possible high quality of care. Their auction items are eclectic and unique. I would recommend Bright Star to everyone who wants that special item that can’t be found at any other place. Plus, the service they offer is impeccable.

I have bid on items at this auction for the last few years and have been the fortunate bidder to receive some of the most wonderful items! The information provided is excellent and the quick response with answers to any of my questions have been so helpful. The online preview and descriptions are so helpful. Bright Star is too notch in the items they offer and in the service they provide. Pick up is extremely organized … and far surpasses the experience from other auctions. Can’t wait for the next auction!!!
