pictures didnt reflect the earrings well

Not delivered yet but my payment was delayed by medical and evacuation. Vancouver was very accomdating

I was skeptical going into this, since this seller is new to me and outside the US. But everything went well. I will buy from them again.

They sent the wrong item an pictured the item I bought on another auction! I have sent two emails and have not got response yet! I bid on a 58 ct. peridot stone an It was not the one I received. Will never deal with them again. I would file a paypal claim but shipping was 16.00 dollars and I'm already out enough.

I am not a gem expert. So I have to trust the auction house. I did e-mail them about getting a match for what I purchases. He contacted me right away, however I have not heard from him. I did say "no hurry" If the gem turns out to be a fake I will let everybody know. Thank you for this survey

The auction was June 3rd, I paid for the item on the 3rd. I was notified that my item shipped on the 4th. On the 13th I contacted the seller (I don't believe this is a real business) he said my item was being shipped from INDIA! What? He sent me a shipping number..... but nothing changes. I have not received the item and it is the 21st of June..... nothing has been delivered! Who knows what will happen...... as of now I will not be buying anything from LIVEAUCTIONEERS....... VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! Leslie

Overstated what they were selling with fancy pictures and glorified descriptions. Will never buy from them again. Sold me "dollar" merchandise disguised as valuable merchandise. Worthless fake beads.

I bought three items described as "natural" Moldavite. Cut stones. They looked too perfect so I was suspect and took them to be tested. They were in fact just glass and not Moldavite. The specific gravity and refraction were both too high. I also have early reports that a topaz I bought may in fact be synthetic material, but still waiting for confirmation. The seller immediately offered me a credit on the Moldavite (not a refund, but a credit with him). Which is nice and proactive, but makes me question his goods now. And he is still listing Moldavite in his auction that looks to be the exact same material I purchased that was in fact not Moldavite.

First auction goods received was ok. Just 2nd lot auction was different from what I bid. I did my best to add in another lot due to shipping cost. All of a sudden I received an Invoice from Paypal which I do not confirm yet. That's all for the time at this moment. Tks & Regards S C

The guy I dealt with was super-patient and very professional.

I questioned what I perceived as high shipping charges for a small package. Not only did they respond quickly, but they eliminated their standard handling charge to bring the charges more in line. Excellent customer service and flexibility.

I will be getting my item appraised but the item purchased may in fact be a faceted piece of glass rather then the natural amethyst that was advertised. I hesitate to say its glass until after I get it looked at professionally but my simple at home tests (like testing it on the Mohs scale) are what have me concerned. My plan was to reach out to you if it does end up being fake, because if it is then many of the other items this dealer is selling are likely fakes as well but until then please don't penalize the seller. Have a great day and I do like your site... i'm just going to use it a bit more cautiously moving forward.

I purchased a gemstone and it is very difficult to get an accurate size of the stone one is buying...

I resent buying a Canadian item in Canada and having to deal in any way with US of A currency. That is a huge deterrent to me using the site again although I WILL go to auctions that the seller has in Canada directly in future.

A necklace sold as "white jade" arrived marked as white quartz. All of the items seemed to be worth less than the minimum offer price. I don't feel like I got value for the money spent. The shipping time was excellent. All was good except for value. I won't be participating in Vancouver auction again.

Loved the piece but it was packed you very badly. Surprised that it didn't break. Also, we had a difficult time trying to figure out when the auction concluded. We sent a number of inquiries to the auction house but received very unsatisfactory responses.
