Great place, wonderful people there

Better descriptions would be helpful.

It's happened 2 times-I came there and checked out a large model car kit, made sure major parts including the battery box and electric motor was there, went home, bid and won it, came to pick it up the next day and those parts were missing when I got home. Bid on a lot of rocks/fossils and won, came to pick them up and 2 were missing when I compared online pics to what I had when I got home. Phil

I purchase items for resale. The items I purchased from the Auction House will be very helpful to that end.

This is the easiest auction house to work with.. Everyone is knowledgeable/polite/treat you like family.

I love the team at Sacramento Auction House. They are amazing and willing to help you and have waited on me more than once driving in from Reno to gather up my wins. Even offered to bring stuff to me as they visit family in my area if that was a help. They have always answered my questions and made information available. I trust them and will continue to make their auctions top of my list of dates to follow and auctions to attend online or otherwise. Fair fees and kind helpful service. What more should you expect from those to whom you open your wallet. Thanks.

Descriptions could be more detailed to more accurately reflect condition of items.

It is annoying when I am the first bidder and the item sells for the amount I entered as a maximum bid to another party. For example I enter a maximum bid of $40 opening bid $5 and the item sells for $40 to another bidder. What can you do about this?

Of all the auction houses in Sacramento this one of them that can be trusted and does have some deals. I have bought items online based by their descriptions and photos without seeing them in person and have always been happy with my purchases. Not to mention the great customer service I always receive when I go to pick up my items.

I always approach this place with a caveat emptor view. Items frequently lack a full description and have often been found to be damaged when picked up. I bid what I am willing to risk, in case it turns out to be much different from the pictures and description.
