ups store they referred us to was outrageously expensive. I have worked for ups for 35 years and buy at auction all the time and this store was bad. More shipping options if possible in the future.

I actually haven't received my item yet. The shipping company shipped the item to the wrong customer. To my knowledge, the item is being retrieved from the customer it was sent to and will be sent to me once the shipping company receives it. But during this experience, I have only heard from the auction company when I reached out to them. No follow-up on the issue since. If the item isn't received in about a week or so, I'll be disputing the charge on my credit card.

My experiences with North American are fine but my experience with live leads me to distrust. Advance bid made and accepted and hammer down and congratulations sent and invoice sent. Then live reveals the item s "not there" and no longer is available without further explanation. Unethical behavior.

I did not like the idea of charging $10 for a phone bid registration. I work with auction houses all over the country and this is the first time I have seen this charge. There also was an almost two week delay before I heard from the shipping company. That said, I must compliment their shipping company. This is the first time I have ever felt as if the shipper was working for me rather than for themselves

Appreciated the Auction House linked with shipping agent (UPS) to handle purchase and price was fair. Also, if I had wanted to look about for out shipper, it was OK. Did have a "glitch" of second Unpaid Invoice notice a couple of days after I had paid, but phone call settled error quickly. Overall, pleasant experience.

I purchased a Token and had asked if they could provide the Provenance (Where it came from, Who owned it, etc.), but they never replied.

The shipper you use is very unreasonable on the packaging and shipping charges! Also very slow. I would hope you could find a shipper with better prices or package yourself.

The auction house very promptly took my payment and then, when over a week had passed with no further contact, I left a voicemail message on the number listed on their direct website. Four days later we received a call from a nasty tempered person-Jo Ellen. She did not clearly state that she was returning a phone call or what company she was from, but instead demanded to speak with me directly. In fact, her tone was so hostile that our answering service was extremely hesitant to even give me the message. The phrase she ended the call with was "well it's her loss" after being informed she would not be connected directly with me. In all the years I have dealt with auction houses around the world I have never been so offended, and that is saying a lot.

Have dealt with them several times. Nice auction items. Very difficult people to deal with when it comes to payment and pick up. The last auction, they awarded an item to me as the winner, then went on to sell it to another bidder for five dollars more (live auctioneers has me as the winner, but they trumped that with what they called "auctioneers discretion"). They don't seem to be bad people, just incompetent and rude.

Auction house very slow getting item to shipper. Shipper over charges three day priority mail received after seven days. Shipper does not explain shipping insurance for your item. Very Bad experience would not participate with any auction with North American Auction company

My items a broch and a badge were packaged in a pouch to gather. Both should be in separate.

Very poor and rude communication from the auction house. Took multiple emails to get a question answered. Plus they use a very unsecured electronic payment system. I had to call their shipper (the UPS store) three times to get the item shipped. Plus took two days for them to provide me with a tracking number after the package was already shipped. I also asked for a receipt for the shipping charges, but they would never send me one.

I will never do business with NA auctioneer's again. Jo was unprofessional, rude, when I was told by LIVE AUCTIONEERS that I won a lot and even received a confirming email. What a piece of work she is. Fire her!!
