There has to be a better way for some auction companies to ship items, without buyer having to do the leg work.

I won a lot from Sloans & Kenyon. Prompt invoice, they provided all the info I needed to choose a shipper. Unfortunately the shipper was a huge hassle, non-responsive, didn't answer the phone, owner out of town, etc. I eventually called S & K about it, and they went above & beyond to provide help and get answers. Definitely they made the shipping happen. I rec'd the package today-the lot of 5 purses I bought was rolled together in a bunch & placed like that in a bag, no care at all for the items. The service from Sloans & Kenyon was excellent, will definitely bid again on their auctions. If it wasn't for their assistance, I'm pretty sure my items wouldn't have been shipped. Thanks much!

At every stage of the process, Sloans & Kenyon conducted the auction professionally and concluded it promptly. I was also happy with the shipping options provided and received my item soon thereafter.

20 + years of purchasing at auction. This is/was the worst. 2 months of calling them to have my item sent to me. Spoke to an incredibly rude person named Ellen. I cannot believe the way I was spoken to. Unacceptable. States I paid 'late' for a $50 item!! I'll pass on this auction house.

Always a very handsome selection of items to consider; the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and now that remodeling is completed, the new space is very nice and convenient. I purchased 4 items of jewelry at a recent auction. When I gem tested one ring at home after purchase, I discovered it was not accurately described or advertised. I contacted the auction house and they agreed to rescind the sale. They had relied on paperwork provided by the seller, which turned out to be inaccurate. I was grateful for their prompt service and commitment to honest sales. I will return as a customer.
