My items were handled well and I received them quickly.

Although bidding process was fine, I couldn't get Liveauction to accept payment. Finally had to go through auctioneer to pay for item. Estate of Mind was prompt, courteous and helpful.

Nice stuff with lot of knowledge. Easy to work with.

Shipping costs more that the item. $60 to mail a photo album...

This auction house caused me much grieve from their inaccurate dimensions listed in their description of the artwork I bid on. Instead of the 54.00 the shipping should have been on it, it was 160.00 due to the fact it was considerably larger then they had on their description. I had to have the artwork removed from the beautiful frame because of this. Very Unhappy...

Before the auction I telephoned Estate of Mind asking if the book dust jacket is a facsimile. I was told that it is "real." When I got the book the jacket is clearly a facsimile, as it has the logo of the reproducer printed on it. Estate of mind has not responded to phone or email after the auction. Where I live this would be theft or fraud by the seller.

The item I purchased was not accurately described. They have chosen not to return my phone calls after the item was picked up. I will be making a fraud claim with Liveauctioneers.

I paid promptly. Contacted shippers they recommended. Took weeks even after contacting estateofmind to see if shippers contacted them. No response. Yesterday got an email that my item was finally shipped but I won’t receive for over a week

The books have some historical bent. The price and costs were good value. They were patient with me as I won my books but couldn't get to NY for weeks. As I walked in, they were preparing to call and ship slow buyers like me. I really appreciate their patience.

Have tried to leave a review here. Trying 1 last time. After, to my amazement, finding out this auction house does not ship, but does give a couple of suggested shippers, I contacted one. After waiting several days and phone calls, for them to give me what they would charge to ship to Ohio from N. Y., I was shocked at the ridiculously inflated cost. Over twice what I paid for the art glass I "won"! I buy and have shipped to me art glass from several sites. I have never seen such an incredibly ridiculous cost of packing and shipping. But, then again, I have never had to arrange shipping and find it's incredibly hard to believe they don't offer in house shipping. Feel as if I am being taken advantage of. I have paid for my "win", they have my money, but feel no obligation to service the customer. How do you run a business that sells on a site that is worldwide without any concern about how the customer receives an item you have sold??? No customer concern or service. Their suggested shipper wants to charge me over $80 for packing and over $100 in shipping!! Ridiculous I buy art glass from several sites and have never seen such ridiculous costs. I was a shipping agent for a huge company and have extensive knowledge of packing and shipping costs. I also went to their shipping providers (FedEx) site and the cost for residential, ground delivery to me was around $18!! I have cancelled my account with this auction house and will never buy from them or EstateofMind again. Poorest customer service I have ever gotten. Took my money and ran. Couldn't care less about after sale service.
