Bidding on the item was fantastic. Notifications were fantastic. The shipping fee by the UPS store was a ridiculous $49.73 for one LP! I asked the guy can you send it cheaper and he said no but offered to give me the dimensions of the package so I could get my own quote save up to 30 %. If I hadn’t informed my friend I purchased the LP for I would have just told the UPS store to keep the LP.

The auction house is fantastic. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The company they recommend for shipping is the worst, most unprofessional shipping company we've ever encountered. All we purchased was cloth patches. They didn't pick up our items for a two full months. They packed it like it was fragile glass and marked the box as such. Then they charged us extra for the extra packaging. We told them to just toss them in a poly bag and it's done. Then they wanted even MORE money to do that. They were so rude, I thought they sounded and acted like teenagers. Los Angeles estate auction finally stepped in, had some words with the boss and we received our goods in a week. The auction house is 5 star; the shipping service is-2. I'm waiting for them to get more patches in!

Payment was easy, communication was great, and they were very courteous when I came to pick up my lots.

Items as described. Shipping-in my opinion-excessive.

I just picked up my second set of won lots from them, and I can’t say enough of how good this place is. Definitely looking forward to building this relationship.

The auction went fine, just as you might expect. The shipping, however, was not great. It took nearly a month to get these comics. I don't really know whose fault it was but it did cause me to inquire a couple of times. I think it was the 3rd party shippers that dropped the ball.

Considering I won a very small, single item of somewhat low value at the HIGH cost to ship it I would think that you could come up with a more economical way to ship. It would certainly encourage more bidding. Since I don't have an option from you to hold a 1 or 2 item purchase I will certainly have to be more selective with my bids. I do like your offerings and think that you could come up with a workable idea that customers like myself could appreciate.
