Whomever packaged this did a terrible job. We all know that every shipping company drops their packages from 40, 000 feet to your doorstep and we need to package with that parachute in mind. Items came broken but the auctioneer provided the right answer to this issue and I truly appreciate that. Thanks!

In house shipping makes it easier on your bidders plus it is always more cost effective for bidders. I appreciate that and a buyers premium that is lower than most auction houses.

Low shipping/packing cost of $80 for 11 items weighing 28 lbs. All items were very well cushioned.

I purchased a RIAA WHITE MATTE Record Award and it showed up with NO GLASS. No mention that the glass was missing in the description of the item. Gold Record damaged due to exposure of the glass not being in place to protect it.

I have participated in two Burns Auctions and have had a good experience both times. Descriptions and photos are very thorough and accurate. I love the in-house shipping which tends to keep shipping costs lower. They are also responsive to questions and prompt with shipping even with very high numbers of lots in the auction. My recent delicate items were perfectly packaged for safe arrival. I also enjoy that they auction absolutely every kind of item you can imagine, usually within the same auction.

Ask for shipping price before making any offer. This auctioneer use shipping cost has an extra income. Liveauctionneers is useless to prevent scam or illegal practice.

Purchased a $100 Item that weighed 2lbs. Winded up paying a total of $160 for my item. Shipping needs to be updated and its been over a month and still have not received my order. Very poor customer service. I'm very displeased with overall experience.

Shipping cost was reasonable and item was well packed.

I only wanted 1 of the 3 books, so the shipper removed 2 at my request to make the shipping cheaper. I think that was a nice touch.
