Fraud
I bought 9 Lobmeyr goblets in their auction, 2 goblets are not Lobmeyr. I contacted the auction house with a complain and they say that they have fraud in their terms of condition and they can do this. Probably a gypsy company. But we are civilised people, so probably a work for Police.

A warranty disclaimer is not the same as fraud. Neither is the "as is" clause. Lastly, we had pictures of all the glasses, including close-ups.
