Good communication, there were some inquieries but they are done and both parts are OK. I wish you to keep it this way, in good co-operation with customers. Best wishes to entire team and Kind Regards, Valentin, Romania

Out of town auction buyer
They offered several lots of toy trains. The pictures & descriptions were accurate. After the auction, they were easy to get a hold of and get my items picked up. Pleasant, helpful and prepacked expertly. Couldn’t ask for an easier transaction. I look forti dealing with them again.

Fast shipping!
Bid till you win and you get what you want. As the bidding gets higher and higher, I think about all the cigarettes I've never smoked... and bid again. Then I think about all the pull tabs I've never pulled and bid again, and all the money I never spent on hunting or fishing or sports, so I bid again and again and again and my heart pounds faster and faster with each bid and I try not to think about the look on my wife's face as I tell her how much money I just spent... After all these years it's still a fun addiction! (I tell my wife not to worry and just think about how rich she will be when I die, and she calls an auction house to back the truck up to the front door and the next bidders can have the fun of bidding and winning and careing for the treasure while they are walking the earth.

Very responsive and helpful
This auction house was very responsive to my email inquiries, both before the auction, as well as after I had won my two lots. I couldn't have asked for better communication in an ery timely manner. When it came time to ship my items, they were packaged and boxed very professionally and securely, and arrived right on time. I was able to follow my items through the shipping process, from the auction house, right to my front door.
