Professional and quick ship may buying a breeze.

The auctioneer was great, but they didn't tell me how much shipping would be. I paid way more in shipping charges with UPS than the item itself. left a bad taste in my mouth.

I am totally pleased with AAA auctions and related services. I will do business with them again.

65 dollars shipping on a 100 dollar order. They advertise inhouse shipping but go through a third party.

The shipping price was quite high, however it was not shipped by the auction house themselves. The shipping company they use is way too high. $31 shipping for a $15 item. Take freight into consideration when bidding

First, the good: the item was accurately described. We made arrangements to pick the item up so they didn’t have to ship it. We offered payment immediately after the auction closed, but they told us to just pay when we picked up and we mutually agreed on a pickup date (well within the terms stated on the auction). But two days AFTER that mutual confirmation, they filed a dispute against me. Here are the emailed notes we received from the auction house during this process: On 10/25 (the day the auction closed): We are open Monday through Friday 830 to 4 this week. You can pay for it when you get here. On 10/26: Once you have made your plans for pickup, could you please just shoot us an email to let us know what date [ approximately ] you will be picking up. On 10/28 (in response to our note indicating when we would pick up): Ok great. On 10/31, LiveAuctioneers notified me that they had issued a dispute on my account. I emailed the auction house to ask why, and got this reply): i am sooo sorry will have it removed on monday. And, also on 10/31: I need to learn not to make exceptions for people. There are over 50 people that have had exceptions to the payment methods. so sorry, to hard to keep track of. i will not be doing this again. i just need to have people the normal way. sorry I’m not sure what “exceptions” they were referring to, since I hadn’t asked for any exceptions. We paid in cash at pickup on 11/2 as both sides had agreed from the start. During a couple of phone conversations (with two different people), I got the impression that they were disorganized and communication between members of their staff was sketchy at best. In any case, I got the item I had purchased, they got paid, all auction terms were met in full by both parties and there was no reason or excuse to justify any dispute filing. Despite their apology, they didn’t remove the dispute until 18 days later. I'm happy with my purchase; not so much with the auction house.

I bought 3 things from this Auction expecting them to be brand new and mint like the description said. And... they were!! AAA Auctions takes pride in their products, and is honest in descriptions and photos. They came really fast too, and since I'm in Australia... I was surprised!! They made sure to securely wrap everything well so that it was safe, and they honestly just did a wonderful job communicating and answering questions. Well Done, I definitely insist you go with AAA Auctions.

Not a hitch in the process, I am always amazed at the professionalism of each staff member. I enjoy auctions of all kinds, but look forward to Greenwich Auction days. The items are always photographed well, descriptive in detail, and a happy day when my bid wins arrive home. The payment process is smooth and well thought out making it easy to take care of. The website is also planned out, I like to print out my wins and Greenwich has made this process a cinch. I'm looking forward to taking part in the very next auction.
