Will not bid on there items again-first time I did, I never got the item I won. I contacted them 3 times before getting my refund. Beware when bidding here.

I contacted the auction house because I received an item that was different than the photo. I never heard back from them. Also, one of the items had a huge chip in it which was not described in the item description.

There were one item was broken and two items missing from the whole order of 15 items. Rose auction claimed they placed them in the box and accused me was lying. The second last order they sent me the fake, cheap broken item, I called then they sent me again with cheap, wrong item not as shown and described on list again then I gave up. Found her account on eBay, the same item but the price is 1/3 less than here plus free shipping too and easy to return also. Thanks

No Yet received my items

Believe that their description was not truthful-there was Nothing remotely antique about a 1975 paper print in a frame. I realize that it was my responsibility to research but I will not bid from this dealer again.

The earrings were listed as "Amber beads" and listed among real amber but they were in fact merely plastic. They were also not listed as clip earrings and the photos cleverly, did not reveal this. And then.... these earrings which were absolute garbage and probably did not weigh an ounce, cost 16.00!!! to ship!!!!! And so... I paid approximately 12.30 for a garbage pair of earrings-including buyer premium-and 16.00 to ship for a total of 28.30 for something that is trash. Having said that, I would never buy from that auction house, again.

Not likeebay.com. Atliveauctioneers.com, 99 % items are not indicate the packaging and shipping cost. After the bidder won some items, some auction house will ask you pay extreme high packaging and shipping, no any choose, the bidder have to pay this un reasonable shipping fee, otherwise the auction house will apply a un-pay dispute. In some other case the auction house said not packaging and shipping, ask you pay items first, after you paid, their shipper partner will send you a extreme high packaging and shipping quote. What you can choose? you already paid item, if you not pay this un reasonable shipping fee, you can't get items..... After a dispute apply by auction house, you not do any investigate and trial, even didn't pick up phone call from bidder (your customs service only answer auction house phone call). You just close the bidder account who got dispute from auction house, didn't investigate if these dispute is correct or not. I believe, a lot of dispute case are cause by shipping problem, You must do something improve your packaging and shipping system. Since I got too much bad experience about shipping fromliveauctioneers.com, I tell everybody "Try bid items fromebay.com first if can find, then tryliveauctionners.com. Take a caution bid fromliveauctioneers.com because their following shipping fee maybe not reasonable high, and no choose you have to pay." Please learn form www.ebay.com, improve your system, Let youliveauctioneers.com platform is fair for both auction house and bidders, but only for auction house.

Very disappointed because they charged $35 shipping for just one single necklace which worth about $50 dollars within the US. This is ridiculous. And the necklace is smaller than it looks it in photo.

Biggest annoyance was not receiving an Invoice, then getting a nasty email to pay. Then they screwed up the shipping address. Even tho 'I paid thru PayPal-which specifies the shipping address, they shipped it to my billing address, because, "that's what was on the Invoice." Lame brains. Would never use Roses Auction House again.

I been win two lots item, but one it's fake, and the other I stuff have problem with shipping because the seller don't help anything, I need to figure out my self

I purchased 4 jadeite items from the auction and made sure they will include certificates for each item during the post sale communication. After I received items, only one certificate matched with item and the rest 3 does not match items.

I have ordered from Rose's Antiques before and it was also not a good experience. The auction house lost my item item, told me it shipped, only to tell me that it did not ship. They keep telling me they will find my item and send it to me. they did not refund my money, I am currently having to dispute this charge with my credit card company. very poor experience with this auction house all around.

Dear liveauctioneer: I had bad experience with rose auction, because the huanghuali necklace is total fake 50 cents garbage, they change me very high packing cost. when I called them, they said that I have to pay the return shipping. I lose my time and my money, what I should do about this matter?

Items as described and shipped promptly

The jade piece I got was cracked (I can't tell by just looking at the picture, I can only tell by touching it with my nail). I can feel at least 3 cracks and has sent out emails three times to the auctioneer and the Chinese contact. Thus far, no one has responded me. One of the white metal ring that I won. The ring in person doesn't match the picture. The ring in the picture looks a lot better than what I got.

The shipping charges were outrageously high; the necklace was not even packaged in a box. For this reason alone I will not be dealing with this company anymore

The auction house has an in house shipping department. They didn't bother shipping my item until I reminded them that they should ship it.
