Tom Harris Auctions may be a smaller auction house, but they do a better job than most auction houses. Great customer service, with a very courteous and knowledgeable staff. They also offer in house packing and shipping, which I consider to be a big plus. They pack your items very well, in double-walled boxes, with lots of peanuts and bubble wrap (I won large glass objects). I'm so tired of having to hunt for a shipper, as is the case with many of the other auction houses, and many of the shippers have astronomical prices. Thanks Tom Harris Auctions! I'll be back!

Responses to questions for additional information on items, shipping, packing, and other were promptly made. They made every step simple to assure complete satisfaction. Communication was thorough and quick. I highly recommend and trust this auction house.

This was my first auction with this company, I was very hesitate but saw many of the kewpie items that were unique and in good condition. I put in many bids put was happy that I did get several items. Do not be in a rush to receive by mail, they have many lots to get ready to ship. I received about 2 weeks later. That was good for me. They packed really well, so none of my items were broken, which was very important to me.

I had some clocks arrived damaged and I sent two emails to the auction house and they have not responded. Still waiting. Atleast the shipping costs seem reasonable
