After receiving items I looked them over and found that one of the brooch pins was detached. This was not disclosed in the listing for the "Mint" brooch. I attempted multiple times to reach out to the auction house directly with zero response. All other items received seem good so it is a shame that the customer service has been poor. I will not likely do business with this auction house again.

As I clicked on the item I wished to bid on, the next item came up, without the normal “fair warnings” and placed my bid on the next lot. Thank goodness I only got stuck paying $12 for an unwanted item. I will not use this auction house again.
