They do sell some nice, authentic items, but there are just too many non-authentic items being auctioned. If they haven't already, they need to do a closer examination of whats being sold!

Hi There, I wrote to tell you that my items were wrongly sent to Seattle when I live in Texas and received no reply. This wasn't a good experience as I had to pay to return my items to me in addition to what I paid you for shipping.

your shipping costs are very high. Twenty plus dollars for an eight dollar priority package.

There was an issue with my bidding and the auction house went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Very impressed

I bid and won two Indian artifacts that came with Certificates of Authenticity. When I received these they appeared to be clear fakes. I then did some research on the authenticator and found he had a reputation of certifying fakes. As a result I will never buy anything with a COA from this man and am unlikely to use Mike Nichols again. We buyers use Proxibid because we cannot be at the auction in person and rely on COAs to increase the likelihood of buying a real artifact. When an auction house allows fakers to use COAs it reduces the confidence in the auction house and the entire on-line bidding process

Shipping and "Handling" fees were ridiculous.

item never shipped received call "item no longer on the property" and they were refunding my payment. Refund not received yet but it has been the holidays. Seems odd and not likely to do on line bidding with them again. Age old buyer beware and it will hurt my future on line bidding decisions. I have heard same from others but this is first time on this platform I have had the experience. Oh well.
