NEVER SENT THE ITEM I PAID FOR "THIEF'S"
paid them gave them all my info they said they would assist with shipping and never did i e mailed them 4 times with no response, left phone messages and no return calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUCTION COMPANY

This is a gross mischaracterization. Your item was promptly released to The UPS Store # 4541 in Kingston NY-845.336.4877 Their contact information is listed and repeated several times on your invoice. There are several staff that work in our office, but none of them recognize your name as a person who has called with an issue, and I only just became aware of your displeasure by reading this review. After I asked our staff, I contacted UPS Store and asked what is going on. They reported to me that they do have your merchandise, they have sent repeated invoices to the email account you have listed on your LiveAuctioneers Account, and have called the phone number you have listed on your account as well. Their characterization is that you unusually difficult to reach and they would very much like for you to pay the invoice so they can ship your items and get it out of their storage. Tim, if anything this is a situation between you and the UPS Store, not us... We have done nothing but provide great service and we would really appreciate it, if you remove and/or reverse this review.

Really interesting stuff

Outstanding Auction House
I have done business with Cole Auctions for over 20 years. I can honestly say that 80 percent of my home is furnished with pieces from George Cole auctions, that is how much I love the items they have for sale and how much They really are top notch. I have had some things auctioned there and it was always a wonderful experience. I have occasionally gone to other auction places just to check them out, but they never measure up to George Cole's. George, Robin and Elmer are total professionals and just really nice people to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend them.
