Received an antique item that is more beautiful in person than depicted in the photos. Completely satisfied.

there were many items I would have preferred more and it is my fault for bidding on this item but they seemed to know my threshold. and so me 'won' this if I may say so depressing farm art. and so again it is my fault for bidding. but then upon 'winning' this at my 'threshold me could not bid on anything else and then the shipping was expensive.... so I hung it up to say buyer beware. and now I revisited there sight and there is hunting and wishing there was no fishing items. the person I dealt with at brunk was lovely though and I wish her only the best because of course this was not her fault she just worked there.

Great communications from the beginning. Very friendly staff.

I was extremely pleased with the items I purchased, and Brunk made the process of remote purchasing very easy. I have been cautious about non-local auction purchases because of past problems with finding remote shippers. Leaving the collection and shipment of small items up to the buyer can be particularly difficult, but Brunk works with their local UPS Store to provide virtual in-house shipping. The UPS Store used by Brunk did an excellent job quoting, packing and shipping my items. I would not hesitate to participate in Brunk auctions in the future, and would highly recommend them.

I just received two lithographs from them and the level of care taken with protecting the items and making sure the shipping box was properly secured, was second to none.
