I won the bid on an item in August, went to pick it up, Mark wasn't there and the person that was didn't know where the item was. I tried calling, texting, and emailing Mark and have had no response. I have reported this to my credit card company. Will not bid again.

I won an auction item and paid for it. I called to get pick-up location but got a voicemail, and couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. Sent an email asking for pick-up location but was completely ignored. Sent a text that was ignored for over a week-I was really getting concerned that I'd been scammed-but finally someone did text me back and gave me a contact name and number. Thankfully that finally worked! I called, connected with a real human being who answered all questions and was there for my pickup. I didn't enjoy this experience and unless find something I absolute love and really want, I don't think I will participate in any auction from Charleston Estate Auctions again.

I was quite pleased with CEA's overall process, from bidding, to answering questions, to the particulars and costs of handling and shipping. Top notch.

We bought a lot of three items and did contact the auction house for a condition report. The auction house missed a hairline on the item we wanted from the lot. Very uncool. The auction house must be your eyes. This auction house has bad eyesight.
