Be very, very careful with this company. They provided a listing for an item and then made the item to order and while the style of the ring was identical, the diamonds were not red as stated, they were light brown/champagne. Contacted the seller and was told the costs of gold was worth more than I paid. They totally missed the point. I asked for a full refund and them paying shipping. They received the item and 45 days later still no refund. Had to finally dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The description in the auction doesn’t say anything about the quality of the Tazanite but the picture shows the ring with a dark intense very clean Tanzanite and what you get is a light blue cloudy I3 Tanzanite, nothing more than an I3 rated stone. I would never bid with this site again. My wife has 2 other Tanzanite rings and when she saw this one she refused to even try it on. Best advise to all of you is to stay away from this site, buy a rig on ebay rather than this auction site. Maybe I should have asked about the stone but I didn't know how and to be fair, I didn't think they would cheat like this, had I paid them by CC I would have disputed the charge and sent them back their trash. When you send money by wire, you lost any chance of getting your money back.

Phone etiquette, dialogue, conversation-lousy. Payment situation awful. They really need to have more explanation other than the machine is broken-wire cash. I really thought I had been scammed. However, Email correspondence-excellent The two guys who sent emails were professional and need to be much more present in representing this auction house. My item, which I received, was very nice.

They did not ship with in the time they said they would took 29 days to get my last item. And one item was not what i purchased. The item i purchased was up for auction the day after i got another item that they set me instead of the item I won. I will never do business with them again. Buyer be warned. They are not honest.

It took 15 working days since the payment got through for me to receive the shipment. Provided hefty handling fee and the auction house’s commission, this is very disappointing. This is just my 2nd-time buying but might the last.

He person answering has a poor connection or bad cell phone

Bait and switch to a lower quality stone that was shown. Not acceptable.

Still waiting for the appraisal that was to be included with the item. Appraisals can be worth well over $100 and if pictured with item then they are part of the sale.

Pictures of product inaccurate. Poor language skills of staff (on phone or email). Doesn't respond promptly to messages. No notification of problems with items or shipping until I ask-twice!-for updates.

Payment options were terrible, had to pay a huge wire transfer fee as the auction house did not have a functioning online payment system

Diamonds and Jewelers are thieves. I wouldn't trust anything that they sell. Bought two watches one of them came a week late (damaged), my other was 2 weeks late and then when I called daily to check its status it was damaged. Took 10 days to get my refund for a watch I never received. Now the guy won't refund my money for the 1st watch even denys my calls. I'm hoping to get help getting my refund with this 1st watch

I won an auction from Diamond n Jewelry auctioneers for a ring that was advertised as a Ceylon White Sapphire ring. I took the ring to a certified gemologist to have it authenticated. The stone advertized as a sapphire was NOT a Sapphire but instead a low grade poor quality Topaz. I have notified the seller of the findings.

Have email communication with them, had to call 12 days later to find out when item was to be shipped. Talked to a man named Gavin, and he had some excuse why it wasn't shipped. I asked him to ship the purchase right away and to send a tracking number. I never heard from him again. Now I was feeling very nervous, the next day I received an email from PAYPAL THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS CREDITED for the purchase. No explanation why I didn't get the item. Very shady people. Would not go to their auction site again

I had contacted them regarding one of my items not being the one I bid on and won. They initially responded but when I asked them to exchange the item for the one that was photographed and described in the auction, I have not received a response. I believe this is fraudulent practice.

I received an email from them on 11/1/17 stating my item had been shipped. As of 11/15, I had not received the item, so I called them. I was told by a male that he would have the person who handled the shipping contact me the next day, but nobody did; I had to call them. After placing me on hold for a lengthy amount of time, this woman tells me the item was damaged and had never been shipped. I asked for a refund at which time she attempted to push other merchandise on me and stated she would send pictures of another comparable item, which she never did. It was not until I filed a dispute with my credit card company that I received my money back. I would never bid on any of their items again as I find them to be unscrupulous and shady.

Dont stop and start auction

I have written to the auction house a few times as I have yet to receive the package since it has been a month. The auction house responded in a vague manner and has yet to advise on tracking delivery details. This is really unacceptable.

I expected (but should have known) that the stone I purchased would have come with some kind of certification or treatment statement. I paid WAY too much for a stone I suspect is not natural, rather it is man-made. Not the Auction House fault. It was my own. Probably will not be bidding here again.

Paid for an item over a month ago, still have not received it.

My item was quite delayed after I had paid in full. Very frustrating.

I never received a tracking number or any communication about the item I purchased and paid for (along with paying shipping and handling). I had to reach out three times to obtain information.

Directions for payment were clear. Shipment was prompt and packed well. Certificate of appraisal was appreciated. This transaction went very well.

Still waiting for my watch that does not correspond to the one I won (right now they are offering me the 2006 version whilst I won one model that it supposed to be produced from 2008). After a lot of phone calls maybe we'll arrive to an agreement.

I would appreciate it if you would refund me my money for the merchandise I did not receive. I find it interesting that you send me a survey to complete and not refund or credit my credit card. Please do this ASAP. Signed, Sheila .

I had always had positive experiences before. With this auction house, items were listed that weren't actually for sale. So I bid on 5-6 items only to have them "passed" In auction. When I contacted them, they told me that they lost their items on multiple platforms at once and that sometimes items sell on the other platforms. It was very discouraging. I nearly stopped working with liveauctioneers altogether because of that bad experience. It feels dishonest to me and not the way in which I conduct business.

Don't require PayPal. Let customer choose payment source.

World Crest auctions is a fraudulent group. They auction items they don't have... make customers pay, then claim it's the shippers fault... I had $664 in items... Paid them.. they claimed they hadn't recieved... bank statements showed they had... had to file fraud allegations with my bank to get money returned with my account insurance...
