Pictures are deceiving. 20 % restocking fee. You likely will pay more than their web page that doesn’t have a restocking fee and also offers free return shipping. I feel very taken advantage of. Will never shop there again

I spent $2000 on earrings I really wanted. I paid immediately and 21 days later, I do not have them and the seller, while originally blaming FedEx, simply will not respond now. Very upsetting. I will need to start a dispute process, which is a very complicated process. I cannot recommend based on my experience.

Bought a 6.92ct aquamarine and diamond ring. Had to ask for the invoice and I had to ask for the ring to be sent weeks after purchase. Received the ring a month after purchase. Ring missing diamond flawed and altered (not new). Did not come with a certificate.... had to ask for that too. Local jeweler/gemologist would not replace diamond... they were afraid their work would not hold because of the poor craftsmanship of the ring. Contacted company and liveauctioneers several times for refund. None granted. After our credit card company became involved for a refund, we sent the ring back... Fashion Strada sent it back to us. We just got granted a refund (four months after purchase) from our credit card company because of the apparent fraudulent activity of the jeweler. In addition, the ring values are very inflated and misrepresent the actual values of the ring. Their "independent gemologist" is located within their own building and cannot be found in the national gemologist database.. inferring that they do not actually exist. The auction on liveauctioneers stated value as $7, 700, the value on their Fashion Strada site is $12, 600 (as was the value on the appraisal certificate). Our local gemologist said the craftsmanship and gem quality would not come near those estimates. This company also sells on Amazon and 1st Dibs under the business Fashion Strada. BUYER BEWARE!

Tiny stone. Easy to pay, and shipping was easy

The quality of 3 of the 4 items was grossly over and the description was not accurate.

They ship fast and the products look quite the same with the online photos. I only hope they come with a certification and I also hope they have a photo of model wearing it so people can get how the size is really like.

I received a notice a week and a half after the item was paid for with the tracking number only after I messaged them and the item was not shipped for an additional week after I received the tracking number. I was very disappointed with my experience with Estate Jewelry Auctioneers and will not bid on their items again.

I won a beautiful necklace from this auction, paid the invoice promptly and then found the necklace on their website substantially lower than the price I had paid. Not much I could do about it! Then began the wait... and I waited and waited. I emailed them and they advised they would be shipping soon. Finally, I received a FedEx tracking number from them which was of no use since the package had never been picked up. You cannot reach them by phone, and they are very SLOW to respond to emails. They advised they package was picked up "after hours" which was a complete lie, because finally the FedEx website showed the package being picked up the following day. I finally receive the necklace which is supposed to be 19 inches in length and it is actually 18-1/2 "long and the advertised Gemological Laboratory Appraisal is not included in the package. Another email! So frustrating! If you want to be annoyed.... shop here!

I hope that both the ring and earrings are exactly what I purchased, I been reading the negative and positive comments both and I am nervous until I receive them I will update you guys on whats going on.

I was shopping for an engagement ring. Came across an emerald I fell in love with. After, winning the lot, I saw that the exact same ring and stone had been sold multiple times and coming up in future auctions. I emailed them about my concern. That I chose this ring specifically because of the emerald shown. Being that emeralds are class 3 gemstones, the inclusions make each stone specially unique. They assured me that I would receive the ring the was pictured. I argued that wasn't possible being that that ring had been sold numerous times before. Fact was it was a mass produced ring that they reused the original picture for. I did not want it and did not want to pay for an item I did not bid on or want. To make matters worse I followed their invoice to their website where I found the EXACT same ring listed for a cheaper price. They filed a dispute. When asking them how we could resolve this, they simply replied, "Pay the invoice". I went ahead a sucked it up, admitted I had gotten taken and paid the invoice. The ring arrived pretty quickly and the emerald was beautiful! It WAS NOT the same emerald that was pictured or assured to me I would receive. But it was workable. It was also not the same ring that was pictured, it was similar. The placement of the diamonds did not match at all, the emerald was not only loose in the setting but actually visibly crooked and believe it or not it was missing a diamond in the halo. I emailed them and let them know the issues and asked if they could resize and thicken the band. They offered to resize for free but would not thicken the band. They would also, put in the missing diamond and tighten and straighten the setting of the emerald. I understood and appreciated. They ignored me pointing out that it was not as they had assured me. The ring was returned to me in about a week. They need to be transparent in their ops and hire a quality control guy. But their service after getting my money was great. I might try again.

the two items I got are great but I paid for them on 29 Apr and I just received them on 27 May

the earring has significant flaw by design. The hoop opening is too narrow for most ear lobe, the gold wire is too thick to pass my ear hole, and even I tried very hard to push it through, the pointed structure at the end of the gold wire prevent people to take it off. I have to return this item and being asked for 25 % restocking fee. I am still waiting for 75 % of my money back. Will not shopping with them again.

I thought the jewelery was beautifull. But when you tack on the outrageous buyers premium, shipping and handling. The cost quickly rises to through the roof.

I had a great experience buying an aquamarine ring. The auction house ticked all of the boxes. The item was described accurately, I was notified that I won in a timely manner, payment was easy, and it was shipped in a lovely box. I am a happy bidder.

The item I ordered looked exactly as the picture depicted and the description. They shipped the item on time and I received it very quickly. It's a beautiful ring. I would do business with this company again and they were prompt and professional. Thank you!

I like buying from from Estate Jewelry Auctioneers on Live Auctioneers-been doing it off and on since 2012. Their rings appeal to me. I have had a great experience with them-great customer service-even when one of the stone on the ring I received fell off several months later. I sent the ring back for repair and they sent it back to me within a week. I am glad I found them on Live Auctioneers. I save many items I am interested in so I can see over time how much they are selling for. When I am ready, it is a very easy process to bid, pay and receive my ring.

I won a beautiful Emerald Ring, when I finally received (3 weeks later) It was a different ring altogether. When I called them, they said the picture is a representation and not the actual ring. When is said you cant do that at an Auction, she said they must have sent the wrong ring-REALLY. I returned it and asked for all my money back. I haven't heard anything from them and now I have had to get the bank involved. I have called and emailed them numerous times and have never heard back. If it is to good to be true, then it is not true. NEVER again. Still waiting for my money back from auction on 11/21/19.

I requested tracking information as soon as I received an email letting me know item was shipped. No response.

I got exactly what I bided on and the quality was exactly has they stated. I confirmed my quality with local jeweler and was very pleased.

Have not received the item yet after three weeks, so cannot say if description was accurate. Was supposed to ship in 3-7 working days.
