Called Du because someone was trying to scam me by saying that delivery had been attempted and I had to pay extra fees. DuMouchelles immediately responded by checking shipment status. They were like detectives!

I’ve purchased from DuMouchelles a few times now and find them to be accurate in their photos and descriptions, responsive to questions, friendly to work with, and now with shipping arranged, just so easy!

The only complaint is shipping time I realize Live Auction has just got into the shipping business which should make the auction process seamless once they get all the kinks ironed out and the actual shining process is stream lined.

The auction all worked Including the shipping company I had pick up the piece and ship to me. The item is 100 % authentic. And while they were a bit busy at one time when I called they got back to me as soon as they could. All worked out. My item I purchased was exactly as they said.

Even though it took some time to receive my purchase, it was obvious that the shipper went to extreme levels to pack my item for shipment. Not only was my item wrapped securely, my clock was double boxed and packed in an extreme amount of styrofoam peanuts. Thank you for going to great lengths to ship my clock to me. Great job!
