hope the shipping would be quicker despite the COVID situation. I do like the items. TRhx!

Bought something on Nov 19th. It is Feb 19th and I still don't have the items. They wanted and got their money immediately. The shipper they gave me to use wanted and got his money immediately. From that point on, it was extremely difficult to get any shipping info. If you buy anything from this auctioneer, prepare to wait a long, long time for delivery. I will never use them again

Easy transaction and friendly pick up process

I won an item woth this auction house and they sold my item to somemone else I have never heard of this before I bid on an item another bid on the I won the lot and they gave my item to another bidder personally its bad business in my opinion and I have bid on lots of items with alot of auction houses this is the first time I have ever not been given a lot I won and the auction house did give me a refund but never did anythig else to make good with me very dissappointing for sure!

It is a pity that there is no rating-BELOW zero. At first, they are deliberately polite, then they ask for $100 for delivery. And when they receive $100, they simply begin to be silent and say that this is not for delivery-but simply for contact and packaging... Absolute non-professionals-bypass this auction.

First of all everyone, I talked with from Bill Hood was very polite. They were very accommodating. They were going to deliver right away, but The elevator in my building was broken down for a few days. So, they could not deliver. The gentleman was very polite he said we will deliver after Christmas. Then they called after Christmas, but then I could not have it delivered because my mother fell and broke her hip. I had to be in Miami to be at the hospital. After, the new year they delivered, and the men that delivered these 2 beautiful chairs, were so polite and helpful. Several people, I talked too from the company asked about my mother. How kind!!!! I look forward to doing business with them again. Thank you to all the people that work at Bill Hood and Sons. They shipped my items quickly, likely because of their in-house shipping. And unlike so many other online auction houses, there in-house shipping price was extremely reasonable-I might even call it very low! Highly recommend!

Quality merchandise was accurately represented on the auction descriptions. Even though one item I purchased was very heavy and the other was large and fragile, both were well-packed and arrived safely. In-house shipping is a great plus that brought me back again for another purchase, just a few weeks later.
