Never received the coin then after almost a month I reach out to them and their response was they "over sold" the coin.

The clasp of this necklace is so tiny that my wife could not put the necklace on without my help. We have never seen one so small. My wife carefully put the necklace back into its box. When she took it out, because the necklace links are so small, they got hopelessly tangled. We will have to take it to a jeweler to hopefully get it untangled. If that is not possible, the necklace will be unusable.

I have received all my items with tags, but only one ring is without a tag and the ring is not what I won in the auction! They said they sent the wrong item to me, which I don’t believe! They are trying to cheat me on this rung! What I won in the auction is 3.85 ct Ruby ring, what they have sent to me is with a tiny little Ruby on it, which is completely wrong! I don’t trust this auction house!

I would never deal with this auctioneer again. I was charged $75 shipping and on top of that I was charged $96 for import fees which I wasn’t aware of so with the exchange rate my item ended up being almost double the price.

I expected it to be much bigger. I was disappointed and learned a tough lesson.

Had an initial problem with the shipping details, but they worked to get it fixed and the item has arrived. thanks!!
