We have participated in a few auctions with affiliated. We have always been happy with them.

I was told the item I won was actually not available. It was pulled from the auction and the auctioneer was not aware. Whether or not they are telling me the truth, I don't know. It left a bad taste in my mouth for Affiliated Auctions.

I have not notified the auction house (since there is no returns) but the watch does not work. Larry

The problems we encounter with the auction house liveautioneers are: a) slow to answer the questions. b) delay inform the payment process. c) the maximum delay is shipping. d) the costs are very high (the buyer's premium and shipping) What bothers me is the derivation of delivery "party shipper" Clayt Thompson. He is a swindler. He wanted to charge $100 to send to Paraguay. I received from England, Spain, Switzerland, etc. 30/40 dollars. How can what this guy wanted to charge me so much? It is not good what the auction house derived sending. Sending him to do the auction house. Because the auction house charges "the buyer's premium." And the auction house disclaims shipping? After the costs generated by the auction house is very high. I ask you to take into account these complaints, because these problems do not exist in other virtual marketplaces such as eBay. I was a bit confused when they billed me in that they did not include any shipping charges, but indicated that the bill for that would come later. It turned out that they use a local UPS store for that service and I got a separate bill from them when the item shipped. This should have been explained a bit better, but all in all it worked out OK.

Hard time to talk to someone to answer questions about certain lots.

The payment was made with Paypal, i never received the item, according to Affiliated auctions.. they have resold the watch... after several call and mails.. Affiliated Auctions made a accounting mistake... i never got my item or money back (FRAUD). Affiliated Auctions was recommended through Live Auctioneers (Intermediary/broker) therefor i need Live Auctioneers to call Affiliated Auction for clarification. The watch Lot 3736 (Auction 30. September) was paid with Paypal 09. October transaction code Paypal 83A ********** 0834. My phone ********** 88 the shipping address 703N Beverly drive Beverly Hills 90210 California. It would be more helpful if u listed the items I bought from this house. My last 2 experiences w outrageous shipping was horrible. Overall the auctioneer can be made aware of comparable shipping on similar items in eBay. Today, it was reduced from $250 to $135 but I had to ask. This was not affiliated auctions. This is the weakest part of yr site getting whip lash w unknown shipping

auction commissions are way to high for the info they provide on items.

Feels like 'one to one' when dealing with this very professionally run organisation; they are quick, do what they say they will do, and ship fast and inexpensively. First rate across the board. Highly recommended. Wayne

Why do I have to be billed twice, once for the item and once for the shipping. If the same company is doing both why not one (1) bill?

Was very pleased. Only problem was missed bid caused by the software I believe. I had spent hours waiting and checking on progress and when odd bid amount was suggest I bid and got stuck in software limbo. I talked to auction house and they were sorry but I know auction overall process is buggy and whenever I write in to LiveAuction I get no response.

Everything i purchased was fake but oneemail to Laura and full rrefund was issued a lot faster then expected
