I have contacted the auction several times regarding shipping. Several unanswered questions. Auction house uses Mail box etc for shipping which was not specified. Mail box etc want to charge an additional 81.00 Euros for picking, shipping charges, and insurance. Disappointing experience from Bertolami Fine Art s. r. l.

Bertolami were wonderful-they answered any questions or concerns I had within a day, and made the international shipping process easy. The item I bought is just as described.

Paid over 1, 040 Euro's for lots 2 lots and shipping. Have waited over 4 1/2 month, no response. I have filed a fraud investigation with Live Auctioneers. Making matters worse is the lot that I purchased and paid for "Five Polychrome Enameled Porcelain Dishes" is now being listed again by Bertolami on Invaluable. THAT'S FRAUD. The bottom line... they steal your money... and then take the items you paid for and try to rip off the next guy... they should be banned from all web based auction services.

I've reached out multiple times to follow up on an item I won, all to no avail.

Goods were as described. The auction house answered a query quickly and the goods were very well packed. Payment process was easy and shipping arranged via auction house. A pleasure to do business.

Dear Sir or Madam Hello I am Saijaa . I have bought 2 products (lot 414 and lot 439) from your auction on the 8th of July, 2021, and paid all the fees related to those 2 products. Those lots are corals. Your auction house told me that the export license will be ready in 2 months. So, it has been more than 4 months but still, now I have not received any information. Why??? I have sent emails to you many many times. But still no response! I have done everything responsibly from my side on time. Now I want my items as soon as possible. Thus, please consider my request and respond in detail ASAP.

Be prepared for an extra "5 % Live" charge from them. Nowhere on the Liveauctioneers website is that mentioned. Also, I have asked 3 times for the shipping costs and no response. If you are from the USA do not bid

Very beautiful items with easy on-line bidding access. Shipping can be an extra challenge. But the final result was a complete success.

The items are well described, I was very pleased with my purchase.

THEY SUCK

I immediately requested an invoice which took several days, and included a shipping charge that was not reasonable. With business in over 60 countries, including Italy, I felt justified to request a review. Thus far no complete solution has been reached, but I am hopeful. I remain fully ready to fulfill my obligations. Once closure is reached, I will provide a complete review.

The items were really fine, even better than expected. Many options of payment, friendly communication, fast shipping. Good, experience, RECOMMENDED!

Allocated my item to another buyer.

I won a lot (Black-Glazed Kylix Magna Graecia, 4th-3rd Century Bc in the Auction 25) on the 21st June and was meant to recieve the invoice from Bertolami Auction house. I contacted them myself after a week and they then issued the invoice. I agreed I would pick it up from their office in London on Saturday 2nd July at 3.00pm. I got there on time but no one was there so I emailed them (there is no indication of a UK number but you have to dial in through their italian number). I got a quick response on Monday from the Rome branch (Fabrizio) who kindly informed me that he had gotten in touch with his colleague in London, who would call me back soon. 8 days have passed and I have not received a call, an email or any sign yet.

Item not arrived-communication poor

Shipping was extremely above cost for value of item purchased. It was ridiculously expensive & disappointing.
