All my dealings with the people at Lemar have been positive. But, at times, it seems the online bidding is not in real time, meaning it is slow.

Everything was handled efficiently and items were shipped promptly. Packing and shipping charges seemed a bit high.

Too soon for this survey. Being a long time buyer with multiple auction houses. This is the first time with these people. I believe all will be fine. If you check out ebay the rings are displayed better. They take pictures front and back, ring size, gram weight, pictures of the under gallery. As a buyer I can make a better decision. There are times I don't get a quick response and I bought a lightweight ring of 3 or 4 grams and it's no good, but looks good from pictures. I scrap it or resell it at a lost. More info better, you should require sellers to follow a format for jewelry. Thanks W. V.

I purchased items that cost quite a bit to ship. I called and emailed them to discuss the matter and possible alternatives and I never received a response. So I paid the full amount. However, I only do business with people that are willing to communicate with me about matters other than payment.

I paid for a pair of snowshoes from Lemar and have never received them. I have sent emails and called them with no return emails or calls. I am very dissatisfied with them. I did contact you folks after they filed a complaint against me. I contacted Liveauctioneers with my complaint and I still have not been contacted by Lemar! Rod

The items were poorly packed. This did not matter much as the items were mineral specimens, but I doubt anything fragile would have survived the trip.

The live auction program is hard to use and I have lost many bids as they are not live. I am thinking of never bidding on line due to this program. When they used a different bidding program it was by far superior to live auctions. They have stated live auctions is cheaper. You get what you pay for.
