My relationship with the house sale was very good, the goods purchased very good, the shipper did not fully follow my instructions, has partially my instructions. I have had difficulties with Italian customs

The first email from the auction house after I purchased items was a brusque disclaimer and reminder to arrange shipping for all items bought. It was a little cold, and there was no "thank you 'for doing business with them. On the phone, they were very nice. The frame of one of the pictures I bought was damaged in shipping, though.

They are honest. Return calls.

Uniques and Antiques is the easiest and most enjoyable auction house I've done business with. They have all aspects very organized-payment, delivery, etc., so I always buy more from them than I would from a different auction house. There were a couple items that were not as accurately described as I would like (they didn't mention some damage, etc.), but the auctions are huge, so might be understandable. They are my favorite auction house-love buying from them.

SHipping was an non issue as I picked up the piece I won.

Picked up the items, so no shipping. Buyer's premium is (too) expensive.

They answered all my questions by phone and email before the auction about the objects I wanted to bid on. They were especially helpful with various ways to handle the bidding process before the auction. They also put me in touch with an excellent shipper who packed and shipped large heavy items at very reasonable prices. I plan to watch future auctions from Uniques and Antiques. I am very pleased with my experience. You may tell them I said so. I have already told the shipper how pleased I am with his services.
