There was damage to parts of the cardboard easel back that was NOT VISIBLE in the photograph, item was rated VG to EXC condition.

Rich Penn always list quality items with accurate description. Payment is easy and they ship their items well packed and safe. I hope to do business again soon.

I purchased a large lighted Mercury Used Cars sign from Rich Penn. The shipper delivered the sign panels, but no frame. The shipper stated that they were only given the panels, and the frame was not in their truck. Calls to Rich Penn were useless as they stated the entire sign was shipped, however given the time spent on the phone it was obvious that they never even checked their warehouse.

Rich Penn auctions have consistently provided top notch service in a professional fair and efficient manner. While I have been buying from a number of auction houses over the years no one has been as easy to work with as Rich has. I will consign goods with him because of the way he has treats me as a customer. I cannot say enough positive about this company., you Rich and friends.

Greetings fellow collectors.. just a quick heads up regarding the multi million dollar Rich Penn Auction house who's company motto includes the words "expertise, service, integrity and results" I purchased the above pictured "Full Weight Cigar" sign on their MAY 16TH AUCTION. I'm an avid tobacciana collector and consider this sign as what we all call "Hens Teeth" it's over a 100 years old, made of tin and at auction time was a 10 condition as reflected in the amount paid. I also paid the high premium, packing fees and insurance fees that we all know too well. The FedEx box (shown above) was slightly hit during the delivery (as expected) and sadly, do to the careless packing job by Rich Penn (see photos) which consisted of packing peanuts and some bubble wrap the sign was damaged!!! Long story short after 4 MONTHS of countless non returned calls, emails and texts messages to RPA who promised back in August to "take the reins on this matter until it is resolved" I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM THEM!! The claim according to FEDEX has been resolved for a month and STILL NO COMPANSATION FROM RICH PENN AUCTIONS! Considering it is their fedex account I advised them to send me what was awarded by FEDEX ($400) and they will simply get REIMBURSED... BUT STILL NOTHING!! So just a heads up to you 34, 000 members that RICH Penn AUCTIONS would rather count just throw these beautiful works of art into a box and toss you to FEDEX when "Surprise!!!" damage appears!! Needless to say... No signs of service, integrity or results to see here folks 👎 🏽

Very slow to ship items out! This time they used Fedex Said it was going to be delivered on Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday! I waited at home 2 days, and finally received on Friday. Not a good system!!

This is the first time I have bought from Rich Penn, but it won’t be the last! Super friendly staff with exceptional customer service. Delivered on their promises and I’m one very satisfied customer. Whist not an issue in the end, having online payment facilities for overseas customers could be one way they could improve on their otherwise awesome service.

Get a shipping quote prior to bidding to avoid surprises. The info on the website is not accurate.

Seem unprofessional and understaffed. Sent my item after someone broke it as a connected part was now snapped off and packaged separately. Never told me.

But of lot of two items.. They failed to disclose that the item lid was snapped and the inside was used as an ash tray... Took one picture with the broken lid put on top and did not show the inside.. No where did it state that... You know out of state bidders will be buying items.. When you call for item condition you get answering machine.. or someone takes a number and no one calls back. That is a bush league move.. Be 100 % transparent. You have the item in front of you how hard is it to take another picture or type another line And thanks for responding to my email since you did not bother this is the review you guys get. I am sure they will block me from their auctions but my actions are based upon your business practices

Rich Penn Auctions does great packing and shipped quickly, problem with carrier, they left package in front yard instead of bringing to door for signature.

There are many auction houses to choose from whether as a buyer or seller. But few are as complete and professional is Rich Penn Auctions. He is one of the few that can ship professionally and quickly. I have dealt with many dealers over the past many years but none have been consistently excellent as Rich Penn Auctions have.

Good opportunity to acquire Unique Hard To Find Items

Only complaint is that shipping was three times what it should have been. Purchasing experience with Rich Penn was great.

I recently bought an item via online auction from Rich Penn auction. I knew it was a special item from the pictures, and Rich sent beautiful additional close-ups without delay when I asked. Everybody I talked to on the phone was absolutely delightful and very helpful. The items were packed and shipped by them as well so I didn’t have to go thru a 3rd party shipper, which was a bonus. I moved to New England from Ohio 15 years ago and Speaking with them on the phone made me realize how much I miss the helpful and easy temperaments of the Midwest. I always get a little nervous buying higher dollar items thru online auctions, but Rich Penn and his staff provided a safe and delightful experience. I hope I get the opportunity to buy from them again. Thank you Rich Penn and Staff!
