UN moment donn é ils ont dis qu'ils avaient les papiers pour l'envoi le lendemain par la poste, parait-il et puis plus aucunes nouvelles. Je suis d é ç ue.

Je n'ai pas re ç u l'arme à poudre noire que j'ai achet é. Derni è rement j'ai fourni à teelauctions l'adresse de la douane fran ç aise, j'ai l'impression qu'ils ne veulent pas me l'envoy é. Pourtant les armes à poudre noire sont autoris é es dans mon pays, il suffit d'avoir 18 ans. Je suis d é ç ue de mon premier achat aux ench è res aux usa.

Teel's shipping is done by an outside pack & ship business. Contrary to what the auction house told me, the pack & ship did not call to discuss options to ship my $65 item, and I ended up paying $28 instead of estimated $18 for cheapest method. High shipping costs for lower-cost items are making me reluctant to bid on-line lately.

The auction house should give more than one option to ship. They take the lot to them and shipping company charges what ever they want to charge. It took 3 weeks to get a response from them and then they want to charge $400.00 to ship my lot. I called the auction company and they were not much of a help. I am very dissatisfied with them.

Unfriendly clerk during payment process. Excellent merchandise-better than I expected. Difficult pickup process (little assistance). I would buy again, but I would be prepared for checkout/pickup.

This was my first time actually participating in an online auction and I had reservations at first, but after speaking with the staff and shippers, I felt more comfortable. After the auction the process was smoother and more pleasant than I ever imagined. I can't be more satisfied. Since then, I had dealings with another outfit and most definitely had issues with them. I never received emails after the auction letting me know I had won, when I could pickup my items or the total. No idea why those emails were not received... Jim

I bought a diamond solitaire ring and I ask the house if they test it the reply yes we test it and when I receive it, it was a Zircon so I pay a lot of money for something without any value and they lie to me that's the worse. I will get my fund back and that this auction house have to be banned!!!
