This individual contacted me after our recent jewelry auction screaming at me about the fact that we would not be providing the tracking number for jewelry shipments from this auction. I attempted to explain that this was due to issues we have had in the past with scammers bidding on jewelry, redirecting the delivery to another address, and then filing a chargeback for non-delivery. I could NOT get him to understand this and why we do it. This was clearly posted in our terms and conditions and shipping information. The customer was extremely rude and yelled at me. We provide top notch customer service, but this guy wanted to listen to nothing I had to say. The only one using profanity was the bidder. Our feedback rating is very clear about the quality service we provide. But, I will not be bullied by abusive bidders. This buyer's package was delivered in under FIVE DAYS after the auction with absolutely no issues!

bought two very large lamps in boxes in our Summer 2023 Premier Auction and did not read that they were not eligible for in-house shipping. This was clearly listed in the item description. was free to use any 3rd party shipper he wanted, but refused to arrange his own shipping. His 2 lamps were released to the Pak Mail store to be packaged and shipped. The lamps required 2 very large boxes that were to be shipped from Michigan to California. He did not inquire about the potential shipping cost prior to the auction and somehow it became my fault that shipping these to him in California would be in excess of $300. He then refused to respond to the shipping company and they donated his items after storing them for over 2 months. has been permanently banned from bidding in our future auctions. We strive to provide 5-star service, but once in a while we get 1-star bidders who don't understand the process.

I am sorry for your less than 5-star experience. I am not sure what we could have done any better for you. We had your purchase ready to ship out in under 5 days. We spent a month contacting you 12 times by email and multiple times by phone to get payment for your shipping invoice.

This bidder purchased multiple items in our auction. Each item was clearly marked if it was eligible for in-house shipping or if it required local pickup or 3rd party shipping. He failed to read our shipping information providing all the information about our shipping processes. We shipped the smaller items to him quickly and efficiently. He did not set up a local pickup or select a 3rd party shipper to handle his larger lamps that we will not ship in-house. Per our process, we released his pair of lamps to the local pak and ship company. He was incredibly rude to them (and us) and could not comprehend why it would cost a considerable amount to ship 2 fragile and large lamps from Michigan to California. Somehow he believes this is our fault when he didn't read our shipping information, he didn't research shipping costs prior to bidding, and blames us for providing exactly the service we stated we would provide in advance. Bidder is permanently banned from our auctions due to his rude behavior.
