Steve Turner runs a very honest, reputable auction. I have been a buyer at his auction for a number of years now and have not had a single problem.

Turner was GREAT! But why waste my time telling Live Auctioneers about my experience?? I told LA that Bakers ripped me off, but they continue to support Bakers.

Turner Auctions is helpful and responsive. I am local, and there is never any problem with picking up my items. The house consistently auctions high quality items covering a broad spectrum of periods, styles, and interests.

I recently purchased a Madge Tennent painting which was listed as an oil on canvas. As such, it commanded a much higher price. However when the item was received, it was clear that it was a reprinted giclee which has significantly less value. Attempting to contact this auction house has resulted in no response and I will be filing a claim with my credit card.

It took way too long to have item shipped by Rich Ming. It took several phone calls and emails.

i had no problem with the auction house, however they need to handle shipping arrangements differently. We spent 300 $for a 30lb. packagesent to the midwest

Spent 280.00 dollars for train related items. Shipping cost 315.00 dollars. My Fault for not checking on costs before I bid! Don't make the same mistake I made.

Turner auction was fair and an excellent experience. The cost of shipping was, to me, excessive.

No details on description. Like missing socket. Size of bulbs required? Needed repairs & rewiring.

Pictures showed orig nails in place and in one piece... arrived dissembled w/o orig nails and new triangle fasteners haphazardly mounted...

I purchased a couple of unframed prints and the auction house released them to the shipper without adequate protection against creasing and bending. This kind of neglect is unacceptable and I will no longer do business with Turner Actions.
