DejaVu made it as easy as possible!
Everything went fine with the auction with the exception of one thing-payment. I called right after the auction to verify that a certified cashier's check would be acceptable so that I could pick up the items on a particular date. I was told that would be fine and I immediately sent the check. However, on the Tuesday before a Friday pickup I was called and told that the cashier's check would have to be held for 10 days before it could clear, thus putting my pickup (a 550-mile trip by the way) in jeopardy. I thought acceptance without a long clearance time was the entire reason for bank cashier's checks. Anyway, I had to pay with my card and retrieve the cashier's check at pickup. That was fine, honestly, but not what I was told. If you buy, make sure that your payment will be accepted before you pick up the items. Every person I dealt with was professional and polite, though misinformed a little. The items were better than pictured and I felt good about the deals I got.
