Better descriptions would be very helpful to buyers. Faster invoicing, and shipping is needed by this company. Their in house shipping prices are very very reasonable, probably the best in the business, so maybe that's the trade off. Owner is very nice, and returns phone calls or msg's promptly. Overall i am satisfied!!

It was a bit confusing paying twice, once for toy then for shipping. This got confused with seller as well who invoiced me twice. Once through Live Auctioneers for the toy only, which was paid for, then directly through auction house for toy and shipping which needed to be resolved. It was resolved.

The shipping on auctions is very high. For a box I send for $12 priority, I was charged $25. This is the second time I have been charged a very high amount for an auction win and has made me think twice before using your site again.
