GREAT AUCTION HOUSE

Seller doesn’t answer questions after auction end. One day out of the blue, long after you’ve paid you’ll receive an invoice. They charge you for recycled boxes.

I bought a porcelain sign. I received it and it was an obvious reproduction. I called Sharer and he said he does not know if items are reproductions or original. However in the next sentence he told me if I would have called him he would have told me it a reproduction from the 1980s. Sharer refused to help or work with me in anyway. He said “I have zero compassion “and I’m stuck with what I have. He said it was my fault for not questioning the item. He said the auction clearly states the items are new to vintage. I said this items falls under both categories, 80’s being vintage. When I told him he was losing a customer he said he didn’t care. I will never use Sharer’s auction services again. Buyer beware.
