shipping is very expensive = 230 , and the worse: I had VAT & Custom taxes = 205 , (179 ��), custom fee 25 $= OK, I agree, but 180 $VAT fee (20 %), not OK, I disagree, the items I bought were USED items (antique toys), I don't have to pay VAT twice!? Can you explain? Thank you.

Not only were all the items won in the auction better than described but the service of the staff was beyond explaining. They went out of their way to be helpful, careful and expedient.

The shipper UPS could not find my house for delivery and it was returned. I have lived here over 50 years.... I use to do business and ship with UPS. Not Cybers Fault.... they are working to fix it.

The more descriptive the better, with corresponding pictures and more pictures in general. The response time is not that helpful, so the more one can decide on their own the better.
