I needed this item for a presentation, and at a fairly short interval. The auction house was extremely courteous and helpful in this regard, and I got the item (safely and securely packed) in plenty of time. Left a very good taste in my mouth about their willingness to go that bit extra.

I spent $500 on some watches and I was charged 5 days ago and nobody has sent me an invoice for shipping I called the auction house and talked to a guy on the phone and he said he would put my order in the front of the queue which was a lie and now we're on day 6 and I don't even have an invoice for shipping options nobody's responding to my messages out of sight out of mind I guess so now I'm just trying to get my $500 back from live auctioneers this platform is garbage

I bought an antique table via auction and am very happy with what I received. Condition was exactly as described and measurements were accurate and the photos were very descriptive. I used the shipping company they recommended and shipping went exactly as expected and my table arrived in perfect condition. I am extremely happy with this transaction from start to finish.

This is the second time I have won a lot at a Direct Auction Galleries auction; I am once again extremely satisfied. The description and pictures of the lot accurately and clearly conveyed the condition of the artwork. The piece arrived exactly as it was described and captured in the pictures. I opted for in-house shipping, which was astoundingly prompt: the item was packed and a shipping label was printed within 30 minutes of me selecting in-house shipping; the item arrived at my door two business days later (packaged well and in excellent condition). The in-house shipping fee was reasonable. I highly recommend this auction house, and I look forward to bidding on their items again in the future!
