I hav é won 6 items ni this Auction house between january and february, and never receive my packages. I have asked the shipper to contact UPS to file a claim but apparently nothing has been done and I have loose my money. The buyer premium is high then I have to add the shipping price, sometimes the package is held at the custom and I need to pay again and when finally I get a package (not from this auctioneer) UPS ask me to pay another bill before giving me the package. At the end I pay much more that the value of my wons and i this without any guarantee to receive a thing. I don’t think I will bid again on liveauctioneers.com.

Great items and shipped quickly. Telephone support during a weather outage on the east coast was exemplary.

I have bid and won items through Billy the Kid several times and have had nothing but good experiences. They play by the rules of auction as do a few other auction companies that I have previously bid with through Live Auctioneers, which I will continue to bid with. I will not bid with an auction I have never bid with previously through Live Auctioneers because of Live Auctioneers poor support.

Very reasonable shipping rates which are stated in advance. Easy to work with and very accomodating. Quality merchandise. Will look for their auctions in the future.

I appreciated their complete descriptions of jewelry pieces. Ring size, necklace length etc.. Many sellers don't do this-making it impossible to bid on... I'm just not going to bid on a piece when I have no idea what the size is. Other sellers should follow their example-"they would sell more Very satisfied with Billys &; love my purchase.

Three times in 3 auctions your platform said I won an item. On Monday following the auction, we were called and told that an Invaluable platform customer won the item and that the clerk at Billy the Kid made a mistake. Very frustrating as we would have bid higher on 2 of the 3 items. This has happened over a 6 month period and they clearly have not fixed the problem.

I accidently double payed for my item. The person I spoke to at Billy the kid auction house took care of getting my refund extremely fast. Very polite and I won't hesitate to do further business with them.

I would love it if an email was sent telling you that the package has shipped and a tracking number no matter how much is spent. I spent quite a bit the first time and an email and tracking number was sent. The next 2 times, no email notice or tracking number. Otherwise, I enjoy their auctions and their merchandise.

At the end, everything worked out well and I was able to have the goods here before my wife's BD. However, when I inquired when the shipment was going to take place, even though I had paid my invoice immediately upon presentation, I did NOT get a response to my email inquiring about shipment!! Even though this was my first purchase from Billy the Kid, I am satisfied with the results, especially the Native jewelry, but not quite 100 %. I will continue to buy from Billy the Kid whenever I can. Thank you

My package was shipped to the wrong address even after speaking directly to someone at Billy the Kid. When paying, there was no shipping options, therefore it was shipped to my home when I was on vacation. Was told it would be shipped to my wife's office where someone could sign for it. It was not
