Stand Up company
Had an issue where I had asked whether the art had a COA and was told it did. When the piece arrived, no COA and upon notifying them we were able to come to mutual agreement. I would definitely bid with them again.

I felt the bracelet was poorly made and not worth the amount paid.
This bracelet was more like a costume piece and not fine jewelry.

Might be a LiveAuctioneers thing, but
Be aware of the $1 bid! I clicked, not realizing there is a TERRIBLE lag btwn click and system registering said click. I clicked $1 and ended up bidding over $600 for a coin not quite worth the bid plus buyer's premium.

The wife likes tanzanite.
The items were a little smaller than I was expecting. It would help to picture the item next to a ruler or some other item that would assist in determining REAL size. Otherwise, she was surprised and happy. Thus, I am happy.

Outstanding jewelry; exceptional service!!
Just received an outstanding necklace for my wife on which I had placed the winning bid. The large citrine and all the surrounding diamonds sparkle beautifully-exceeding my expectations. In fact, even the chain was finer that I had anticipated.
