The painting was received after 5 weeks-after test it was comfirmed as a new painting and no original from Xu Bei Hong.

I don't know if it's fraud, but after 20 days of payment, I didn't receive the item after auction, sent message to them twice, and got the answer late for coronavirus reason, and told me to be patient, are you kidding me?! I really wanna give them 0 score if there is one.

when I ask them for more close pictures, they always saying due to buget issue no more pictures available. also shipping time very long, I think they need time shipping from the painting maker.

I bought a vintage item as pictures posted by the auction house. I received a “brand new” factory replica.

Unicorn antique auction has been misleading me on the items that I bought on theirs size, for example the lot listed on the size said is painting, but when I got my items, Atually is printed. I call the unicorn antique two times for refunds, and they denied, I am very disappointed the way they handled my situation. I feel the way they run the business by cheating and misleading the consumers.

Not responsive to bidder requestsof extra photos. Selling faked products.

They try to charge extra tax fee which the other company in NJ never done, and I don’t think the shipping was very late.

Unicorn Antique is a fraud. The painting that was sent to me was not the painting on the listing. The painting I received was a very crude version of the painting on the listing. How do I get reimbursed for this fraud?

One of the things I especially liked was that they do their own shipping. It's such a nuisance with some other auction houses who love you when you're bidding, but as soon as you own the item, they want you to get it out of their showroom and be quick about it. Arranging shipping with third part shippers isn't terribly difficult, since all auction houses who don't ship have shippers that they recommend, but trying to find their shipping policy can be frustrating. I like the ones who at least have a tab on the item's webpage entitled "payment and shipping." But some don't. And it can be a serious hassle trying to find their shipping policy. It's there, in their terms and conditions, but their terms and conditions can sometimes feel like they're well hidden. If I have to leave the auction and click on the auction house's home page, that annoys me. And it's no guarantee that I'll find their T & C right away, even there. When I see an auction with in-house shipping I think, "It would be really easy to buy something here." Of course I don't buy something just because it would be easy, but I look carefully through the catalog. Thumbs up for Unicorn for their in-house shipping!

The second item was sent about 3-4 weeks after the first item but both arrived at the same time. The first package took too long

I supposedly bought an "antique" painting from Unicorn "Antiques." Before buying I asked them for the age of the painting-they said they weren't sure, but "it looks old." Today the painting arrived-it is a cheap copy painted within the last few weeks, rolled in a tube. You can still smell the paint. They also had told me that "a collector in Boston purchased it from an Italian professor." Total fraud
