Sorry, you received exactly what is on the listing. Also we put into the package second the same item for free. It is mean you paid for one item but received two. And after that you put for us negative feedback. More other, you had a right return the item for a refund. Why you did not do it? Would you like to be a blocked?

Pictures are not of the item you are bidding on
Pictures are not of the item you are bidding on! They post pictures of authentic handbags and claim to not know if the item is authentic but tell you the pictures of the bag contain all the information they have. When I received my LV bag it was a complete fake, not even a good one, and was not the bag pictured in the listing. The LV logo was rubbed off, the inside logo was a completely different color leather and the zipper pulls were different. So buyer beware. The pictures are not showing the actual item you are bidding on!! I sent the bag back the next day and am still waiting on my refund.

Very complicated buyer. 1. From the beginning he refused pay the bid price $949.09 and suggested to pay $647 instead. We was agree (the client is always right). 2. After that by mistake he made 3 payments of the same amount. He did a mistake but we had a BIG headacke during a week. The payments which he did by mistake were returned in a 10 minutes after we received it. But we continue had a headacke from this guy-every day he called and sent an emails to PayPal, to Live Auctioneer, to us-where is his money. 3. The item has been sent on the next day after we received his shipping label. But almost every day he asked where is his item. Is it difficult to check it by tracking number? 4. We always was trying to solve the problem to his favour. Also from the beginning we was agree to make a full refund. But he did a claim on PayPal, on Live Auctioneer, left negative feedback …. Does this gyu is satisfied only if somebody are feeling unwell?

Shipping cost
Shipping costs for a small envelope are absolutely outrageous and end up making the total cost uneconomic. I will not purchase from these auctions again.

Sorry, your negative feedback is surprised for us. If you have some inconvenience why you did not ask us about it? As you can see it was International shipping. Even If we had sent International just empty envelope with tracking number it would cost about $26. We charged $28.85 for sending small item. This amount is not included pick up, handling and packaging (about $25). If you bought before from other Auction Houses you know what International shipping for small item is in total $60-$90.

Sorry, our 2 experts said it is an original item from period described. Also the experts of previous Auction House who owned this item before also said-it is an original item described period. The buyer received all that information with screenshot from Previous Auction House who owned this item. On that screenshot you can see the same opinion about this item. Also, you bought this item in July. Why are you starting your claim in November? We don't have lifetime warranty.

Never Received the Purchased Item
After bidding and paying, VNCollectible did not get the purchased item to me. Evidently they just dropped it in the mail. When I followed up, they said they couldn't be responsible for mail service, so there's $200 down the drain.
