The Brumm sculpture was a gift and was in mint condition and well loved.

Oddly, the plate showed up in BETTER condition than I thought as I feared that the bright white light was a "gash" in the ceramic and not a reflection, so this is all to the good. But I really wanted that Candlestick holder. My ongoing problem is the price of shipping. $20 for a $12.50 prize... I realize you have to be careful, but I'm wondering if it needs to be that good! Sure, they show up at my door broken, I'm raising hell. It seemed to take forever for my merchandise to arrive. Glad it wasn't intended as a Christmas gift. Otherwise the stuff is beautiful!!!!

Charley is great! Very helpful and kind. There was some mixup with my paypal payment which delayed delivery. For the small amount I bought, I think $25 was a bit high.

As of today I still have not received my buttons due to misunderstandings, lack of knowing what their doing and lack of customer support. I will not be buying again from this house.

This live auction was a 1st for me and I am looking forward to another live button auction at Whitleys.

I think the overall auction was fantastic-over the top! The Whitley personnel were exceptional in how the auction was structured. I liked listening live via Facebook and that the auctioneers did not use auctioneer dialect. Lol. The live feed was excellent as well. The only negative was the price of shipping. It was truly excessive as were the boxes. A handful of buttons could go into a $7.95 flat rate box with insurance at x rate and not be 6 times what I paid. Materials and labor should be covered under the 20 % premium on the price of the auction. The USPS boxes are free. Feedback from others indicated the same sentiments. Nail that part down and good word will spread like a wildfire topping all other button auctions in the nation! I thank you for the opportunity to be a part of it through the internet. Bravo!

I still haven ‚ Ä ô t received my items and was charged $40 for shipping for a package probably no heavier than a pound. There wasn ‚ Ä ô t anything else for me to do since arranging a shipper wouldn ‚ Ä ô t have made sense for a $100 purchase. The priority shipping label was created on November 9th and still haven ‚ Ä ô t been sent as far as I know. I won ‚ Ä ô t be buying from them again. Invoicing was convoluted as well.

I left the bit for lot No. 0061 KPM Figurine Maximum price for $2, 400.00 the Auction stop by $900, 00 2 euer later he rise the price too my maximum price I end up to pay with Visa Card $3, 000.00 and I paid $200.00 with FedEx to ship. The figurines came and I find out that Arm and Neck are restored I call the Auctioner and he told me to sended back and I returned your money I pack very well and sended back, he received the Figur and call me that hand from Figurin is Brocken, probably from the aria that was repaired, on description was perfect condition. This Auction is disanest and I am not going to bay any more from this Auction. Hassan

The is the second survey I have filled out for Whitley's in Dania. After the first survey they contacted me and made full arrangements for refunding me based on the misrepresentation which, they said, came from the original collector. In light of that I have no complaints with Whitley's Auctions and I would like to retract my previous review. Thanks, Thad **********

The description of the product I purchased was a total fabrication. It was not a mistake. It was a complete lie. The objects were not made by Wedgwood & Bentley and they were not from the 19th century as stated. I assumed that this auction house-having sold large quantities of European pottery and porcelain-would have the expertise to judge the make and date of the items. For this reason I trusted their very detailed description (lot 1134). This description turned out to be a complete misrepresentation. I have consulted an expert and learned that the pieces are plaster replicas probably made by a hobbyist or a child and have no value. I contacted Charly Comancho about this and he dismissed my concerns without action. Whitley's basically robbed me of $500 by blatantly misrepresenting the lot they sold me. They lied and stole my money. Thad **********

I buy and have bought many items from numerous auction houses Norman and Charles are truly good and honest folks above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my shipping problem they offered to bring everything to me in California over 80 items. I was blown away as you will be with there helpfulness and integrity. They certainly have my vote and a loyal customer for as long as they can deal with me. You guys rock!!!! Accurate descriptions!

When shipping stalled, the auction house was quick to respond on why it had stalled. They offered a alternate resolution and were overall very professional. Looking forward to buying from them again.
