This seller and others do not include an estimated weight of sculpture, resulting in the UPS Store, or other shippers, to guess at the weight when providing a quote. I provided a copy of my letter to UPS and other recommended shippers which included my complaint due to lack of shipping details, i. e., the weight. I didn't receive any comments from Antiques Online Auctions. This isn't a small issue. I have had 3 sculptures damaged in shipping last year. I stopped buying last year.

The item was received in the exact condition as depicted online. I used their UPS Store to pickup, package and ship the item. The UPS Store is tied into the auction house, which made it very convenient. This was a very satisfying endeavour.

Item was as described and shipping went very smoothly and easy!

This is a very simple and easy process. The only problem is you need to be ready as a buyer to absorb shipping costs which in some cases exceed the price of the item. I think they would do well to incorporate it into the price. As opposed to making a buyer look for a shipper five states away.

The painting is a ruin which was not at al clear with photos and despite my request I have not got additional pictures. I will have to dump it since its value is close to zero
