Before the auction Janda didn’t reply at all to my email. I won two gemstone. One is a just a stone, even chipped. One is certified, but with huge inclusions... absolutely not the value they asked for. And for shipping, they charged me 50 , for an ordinary shipping (no ups or something like that, just India post). The shipping process took 25 days. I emailed them but didn’t get an answer again. They emailed me just during the payment process. Terrible experience, I would like to have my money back.
