I never received my item. Auction house doesn’t answer their phone. Email communication was very sketchy. I’d REALLY LIKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEM, but HAVE NEVER RECEIVED AN EXPLANATION OR REFUND!

Know the vendor and the item before you bid. High End Memorabilia and their “parent company” LuxeWest sold me fakes. They displayed online stock images of real photographs with real signatures. But what I received was not what was displayed on the auction site. After my payment, they took several weeks before sending me each item because they needed the time to make the fake, which consisted of framing an enlarged reproduction of the real photo and adding fake signatures. The signatures have been confirmed as fakes by Beckett Authentication Services. Never got my money back and it’s too late because according to the Better Business Bureau, the company is no longer in business

I paid for won item and NEVER RECEIVED IT! Contacted them many times but to no avail. Now they changed their name from probably ripping others off... Be careful and I'll never recommend! Pathetic

Thieves. Took my money and never answered my questions or sent the item. Live Auctioneers finally was forced to refund my money.

High End Memorabilia never sent my item. Had to jump through hoops to get my money back. Hard to say its a scam on one experience-but I wouldn't touch them again.

I WON and PAID for this lot almost two months ago. I received a note from the auction house they received my payment but now they have gone completely dark. After a month of back and forth with unopened emails and unreturned phone calls, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company as I never received the item I won. This auction house should be investigated by Live Auctioneers immediately.

I would like everyone including the Live Auctioneers website to know, High end Memorabilia is not a reputable company! The items I purchased through this auction House are Fake! They used pictures of real signatures to show you and when you recieve your items the signatures are completely different and in different locations than what is shown. If your gonna bid in online auctions I suggest you do some research on the auction house first! I made the same mistake! I want the Live Auctioneers to know and the people to know so they don't get ripped off. I will never deal with High End Memorabilia again and if you care about your reputation as a legitimate auction site I would recommend you do the same. They already got kicked off several other auction sites like Invaluable for the same thing. I will never be able to recoup the money I spent. However I might be able to prevent someone else from getting ripped off! Oh! and by the way, they also ask customers to skip the auctions to deal with them directly. On 3/25 I made a direct buy purchase for a signed Van Halen 1 that was coming up to Yesenia Reyes for 425.00 that I never recieved and like I said they show items online of signatures that are real and send you items you won with signatures that don't resemble the actual items you won. with different signatures and locations and colors. I'm not an expert but after doing some research even I can tell they not real!

Was a bit surprised at the cost of shipping to Australia, but the item was very well packed and protected to fly 7000 miles. really great buying experience.

Item won and paid for was not item recieved

I won eleven pieces in an auction over two months ago and have only received six of them. I still have not received the two pieces from an auction over a month ago. This was a considerable investment on my part. One piece was supposed to be a birthday present for my son that came and went a month ago.

Exactly as pictures. Shipping was prompt and they sent a tracking numbers right away. It was packed as it should be. A professional organization and I will buy form them again.

I collect high-end memorabilia and purchased two items from this company through Live Auctioneers. Once the auction ended, I was hounded with emails to pay for items bought as soon as possible. Once paid I received no notice that the items will be shipped, or anything else. Now one of the two items purchased. An autographed basketball suddenly arrived. However, the ball sent was different than the ball shown in the auction: different quality ball, different color ink, smaller signature. Everything appears different. I also purchased an autographed record "The Ramones" from the same vendor through Live Auctioneers and the LP has not been shipped so far as I know. I have not heard from this vendor event though I have contacted them. This vendor is less than 20 miles from where I live. I hope I receive my autographed record very soon and that Live Auctioneers can help me sort out this ball that appears completely different than the auction they hosted.

i can not give 100 % because i don't received the disc of dire streit the tell me that the disc will follow?

Again, i needed yo ask the date of shipping and the UPS tracking number because i did'nt receive any information about that.

Maybe if you guys would actually read what is written. From the beginning I said i had only a . For some reason you don't deliver to Boxes-news flash, that is what they are for. Mail delivery,,, including boxes. The Post office puts a card in the saying you have a and you pick it up. This is the only delivery that many people in the US have (say for example, Indians on Reservations... and men and women who are stationed on military bases.) When I found out this was beyond your ability to understand I gave you an address-it went right past you-then you invoiced me. At that point I should have just told you to stuff it, but I didn't. I resent my address. You sent me another invoice... still with the Pox and an admonition that you don't send to Boxes, and this time a "PAST DUE" notice quite politely. I am still trying-but fake shaming me ain't gonna do the trick. I've responded continually and they don't seem to pay attention.

The item was as described, packaged carefully and shipped in a timely manner. One can not expect better service than that.

I received my item, but the certificate of authentication has a photo of the autographed jersey different that the original jersey. Could i have the rigth certif í cate please? I think that the confusion is because the photo of the auction and the photo in the certif í cate are the same, but the original jersey that i received is different. I have never received an invoice for winning bid, even though I have asked numerous times for it. When signed album finally arrived front cover of album had been "coloured in" to hide fact that sticky tape or similar item had been used & torn from from original cover. Also opening album more sticky tape adhesive was found to keep album closed! Then when I inspected vinyl record I found that record is right one but inner sleeve was NOT original Prince & Revolution, but instead was a "RICK JAMES" from his album rick james & stone city band "Funkology". Not Happy at all.

you should post a reserve if there is one. Otherwise you waste my time bidding on an item I may not want to spend the reserve amount.
