The stone was very nice, lots of fire & the color is perfect!

I love the stones, they are beautiful and just as described. They were also very quick to respond to all of my questions both before and after the auction. Superb on every level. It does take a little longer to get your items as they are coming from overseas, but well worth it. I will definitely buy from them again.

when i complained about it they did say to send it back... but it would have cost to much. Beware deceptive lighting and? special effects to make stones look better than they are!

Items came as advertised. Shipping was relatively quick and the quality was as expected. I will have no problems bidding with them again.

Everything came as described. While everything came as described, the pics sure made the beads lok a lot bigger than they are. This is my fault for not paying more attention, but still, I feel there should have been size reference instead of just ct size in the description. Truly though, on me. All items were received so going forward, it's buyer be careful. The auction house was honest in their descriptions so I would use them again.

This was the first time I have bid with Gems auction, but won't be the last. Everything came as advertised. The quality was as expected and the shipping was fair and quick. I will bid with them again.

This business is very professional, accommodating, and kind to deal with.

Satisfied customer. I'm both a collector and on occasion I sell. It always makes me nervous buying from an overseas company for the first time due to fraud, theft, scams, etc. Gems Auction is legit. I have given them repeat business and will continue to do so. I've encountered only one issue and it was from USPS and not Gem Auction. My order around Christmas took a while to receive, and I realize USPS is swamped with packages during this time. Gem Auction had packaged the order within 24 hours of payment and shipped it (with tracking info emailed to me) within 48 hours. Still, I received the order and was very happy with it. I have and will continue to do business with Gem Auction. Product is as described and shown. They are quick to package and ship. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, 10 out of 10.

So far a very satisfactory experience.

I liked the smoothness of the whole process from the bidding to getting response about the shipment of won item. The not so positive thing is that the tracking of the item wasn’t possible. Tracking number provided didn’t return any search results.

when i first started to buy gems you only paid 1 shipping amount and then everything extra you purchased was a 0 extra cost.. 5 items is not costing them another 12.00 to ship.. it’s the same price.. i’ve had additional 30-40.00 extra for shipping.. i pay more for shipping than what i won by far..

I was very surprised how quickly I received my large order of gems! The entire process was quite pleasant. I was a bit disappointed that some of the gems I received did not look like the photo I bid on. The color in the photos was much deeper and more vivid. It's not worth my time to return them so I'll just deal with it. Overall, I'm happy with what I received and would do business with them again.

I feel that the selection of gems was really exceptional. And prices represent good value. For my personal preference, the photos of the items appear more vivid than they actually are. Shipping also seemed unnecessarily drawn out. The items were shipped to Las Vergas quickly, then sat for 10 days before being sent on to me.
