False representation of item
The photo clearly shows what appears to be a book jacket. There was no book jacket.

The first photo clearly shows the opened book presenting the title page. There was no mentioning of a dust jacket for this book in our description or condition report. We always mention the dust jacket if there is any. We responded to your e-mail explaining that the first picture shows the title page, and there is no dust jacket. We do not see any false representation, and do not understand such critic.

Packed like fine china
I was very impressed with the packaging that you guys did of my books. I literally took me 30 to 40 minutes to unpack everything because it was packed/paper and bubble wrapped so great, it was unbelievable. I really appreciate the quality time you took to wrap my purchase of books!! thank you

Great-What All Auctioneers Should Be
Straight talking and they do what they say. Dealing with them was actually a pleasure. They were quick to respond. The descriptions were spot on and shipping was reasonable and extremely quick. The packaging was probably the best I have ever received. Am looking forward to their next auction.
