They were easy to deal with, and took care of shipping to me right away!

The items that I won and received were as described in the auction description. If there is any issue with shipping it is difficult to talk to someone on the phone. It appears that they are very busy and don't have the time to answer the phone or to follow up.

I’d won three items from an auction and the same day the money was pulled from my account without ever receiving an invoice or correspondence from the auction house. I’d checked all mail folders including “spam” and my account on the mobile Liveauctioneers app as well as the website and there was no correspondence for invoice, or shipping. I sent messages, called the number listed and left voice mails, sent emails with only one response almost three weeks later of a tracking number that the package was sent for pickup at the post office and not even to my home. The one ring I purchased was claimed to be turquoise on the auction lot listing turned out to be a dyed howlight. The line of communication needs to improve between this auction house and its customers for sure. Very disappointed in this auction house as so far all other auction facilitators have been amazing with clear and transparent confirmations, pricing, product information, invoices, shipping, and complete order status.

Easy to work with, great quality, service, reasonable pricing and I received my merchandise in a quick time frame. I have purchased more items since making this purchase.

I have collected Native American jewelry for over forty years and what I believe this jewelry is not hand made and I have purchased two items from you only to see the exact same items at your next auction. They are mass produced. Not authentic at all!

I have collected Native American jewelry for over forty years. While this ring looks like the picture I don’t think it’s authentic Native American! It’s obviously mass produced because the same ring came up for auction the next week or so!

I purchased 5 items from PAH-the size of 2 of them were way smaller than the photos indicated. Asked about returning for auction credit and they have a no return policy. They need to have a quarter & ruler next to items so you can get a better idea of the size. Several other auction sites do that.
