Parcel lost by USPS unfortunatly... very disappointed. Nevertheless the auction house followed the problem closely, and assumed the refund with the insurrance. The communication with Lori was always prompt and excellent. I still hope the parcel will reappear someday, but I think after so many months, it is hopeless.

I purchased 3 different lots and although they were all going to the same location for delivery I know some auction houses box each lot separately and charge for each one. I was very pleased to see that this company either did it theirselves or found a packer that had the good common sense to combine orders to lessen the cost of shipment. It’s so much better for everyone and the environment! Way to go!!! 👏 👏 👏 👏

My very first Lionsmark online auction was hands down the best!! Lionsmark has stellar items and they provide good pictures showing condition of the items very easy to see. Payment was easily made after the auction ended and Lionsmark was open for pickup the very next day. Walked in Lionsmark and was greeted with a friendly hello and was gone with in five minutes. This auction house works for you making it a hassle free experience! I really can’t wait for the next Lionsmark auction!!

This was my first purchase from Lionsmark, and the auction house exceeded my high expectations in every regard. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the items, the artist, the history, the provenance. (I would single out Lori as having provided exceptional and always friendly service, above and beyond what would be reasonably expected. Thanks!) The items in the auction were unquestionably authentic and the bidding process was clean and trustworthy. (The issue fake listings, phantom bidding, false bids, and untrustworthy Sellers is a valid and increasing problem on many auction platforms, unfortunately including LiveAuctioneers. The stein which I bought had an overlooked or missed crack. When I pointed this out to Lionsmark; they immediately apologized and were very quick to solve the problem, much to my satisfaction. I was very excited to see the collectable mules that I couldn't find anywhere else. It was fascinating to watch the bidding process and I was afraid I would not be able to afford my item after watching thirty other items being auctioned. Mine finally came up and no other live bids on the item were placed, so I got my item and was thrilled with the whole process. Then it came time that I got the phone call about the shipping and was told the least expensive option was going to be 140.00 $This was 20 bucks less than I paid for my item. I was shocked and very dismayed because at this point a person is Really looking forward to getting this "Oh so special" item. Well, what do you do at that point but bite the bullet and pay the exorbitant shipping fee. I did receive my mules and wagon and apparently they did get everything in there. There was nothing broken, I think. There is no more feeling like I got a good deal, which used to be a feeling that I linked to the word "auction". I bought an antique bathtub from Hungary a few years ago and paid 60 $for it to get shipped to Colorado. This mule and wagon were Much smaller and geographically closer. I am deleting my account so I am not tempted again. I thank you for my item, which I love! I will not be doing it again unless I move to Wilmington.
