I wish it were possible for me to bid on your site and to save 5 % on the premium, but numerous attempts with new user names and passwords have all led to a brick wall. Should I try again? Or should I forget it and thereby avoid some sales? Maybe it is I and technology, not a match made in heaven. Perhaps I'm too old. You offer nice items.

I favor PBA and their auctions because communication is great and the payment and shipping process are easy. I have learned to avoid the many other auctions that are just as inconvenient as can be. I have run into rude people as well as people that it takes weeks to pay them and they are not properly educated in the ways of the Rare Book world. Arranging my own shipping is not my idea of customer service. With all the fees that we pay it would be nice to see some of these auction folks to learn a little customer service. However, PBA is absolutely Great!

I never received the items I won the bidding for. It's been over two weeks since I've lost all communication with this merchant. Can anyone help get my items, PLEASE???????

I questioned the 27 dollar shipping charge for a single, small slim volume (which was won for less than that including buyers premium in this case, though that is not really relevant). There was no response. They are clearly using inflated the shipping and handling charges as an additional source of income. In view of the absence of response, I asked that my account with them be deleted (no option for that on their website). Again, no reply, no attempt to explain or communicate/respond in any way. Obviously I will not be doing business with them again.

I have boghtbsever items but there are usually few photos and questions for auctioneers go unanswered-additionally it seems that preference is given to floor bidders as sometimes there is no fair warning before final hammer-I have inquired about this with no response

Have bought twice this year books with PBA, they have decent quality lots and service is impeccable, their webside also. I truly can recommend that auctioneer.
